Guest guest
Re: RainbowGreen & How to Register for my Upcoming Class! This new RainbowGreen is a great way to stay connected! Thank you Mark for setting this up! Also, I highly encourage anyone who wants to get the most out of this diet to develop 'Sangha' - a spiritual community that sustains and supports each of us on our path to more conscious eating and living. The RainbowGreen is a great means of staying connected. I encourage folks to use this. I will check in periodically. I have also posted this message to that site. Check Marks recent post on how to join if you are curious. I'll answer questions to the best of my ability and welcome feedback. As I have mentioned on the Raw Seattle site, I am hosting a class on how to practice Phase One, as guided by Gabriel Cousens' RE: Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine - by helping folks to tap into the yummy foods we can make and the ways we can uplift and inspire one another. There will be useful feedback in a live group class and this will help us to make great strides in our own journies and possible support group. I am planning to set the class up in such a way that we can really have some fun together and also develop our own unique styles for food prep. I practice what I call " intuitive uncooking " and have learned lots from my teachers: Gabriel Cousens among them, Bruce Horowitz and many others. I am delighted to help and would love to see both this chat site and message board thrive. Please get the word out about this. Phase one can really help people to get clear. It's hard to go raw and stay raw in the winter alone. Let's remember that it is about honoring one another as well as ourselves. Once we have formed a circle within the class that supports each individual where they are at, we can see about forming a support group that meets weekly in rotating homes. If you are able, please pass out my flier (which I can email to folks or they can access it on the January events page of the Raw Seattle site) or simply mention it to folks you think would want such a class. I have already ordered most of the supplies we will need. I will need registration deposits by the second week of January. A discount of $20- will apply if I receive deposits before 1/8th 2005 -- If you have questions, please call me at 206-274-4514 To Pre-Register by mail: Send your name, email address, DOB, phone number, any health concerns and reason for taking the class + 1/2 of the payment for the class.
