It was really limited in space (like it would only hold 4 sliced apples vs. 9 in the Excalibur) and you can't spread things out on it very well because the center section. I also don't know if you can get teflex sheets for doing crackers and really wet stuff. Go with the Excalibur. It is the best thing right now.
