Guest guest
doesn't look like it has been removed, it's still there http://www.fredericpatenaude.com/interview-nazariah.html I like this interview and agree 100% with everything. Veganizm leads to malnutrition. Somebody asked recently about protein in carrot, how much they lose it when they make juice. People don't realize that most vegetable protein is incomplete and can't be used by our system. Incomplete protein can't stay in our system and wait for missing amino acid. All necessary amino acids have to be there at a same time (same meal). This is how human system is designed, animals are different. If you count protein in your juice, be sure it's complete, for example wheatgrass or other green leafy vegetables http://www.growwheatgrass.com/aboutwheatgrass.html

It is becoming more of a challenge to get nutrition from anything anymore because soils have become so depleted. I heard a story on TV comparing the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables from a recent study with values recorded 50 years earlier, and the nutrition in our food is less now than then. (See http://www.reuters.co.uk/newsArticle.jhtml? type=healthNews & storyID=7094027 for the article.) > People don't realize that > most vegetable protein is incomplete and can't be used > by our system. That makes absolutely no sense at all. I have actually read of a study that says a complete protein is not needed at every meal, so I would like to see documentation that a complete protein is needed at a meal. OK Viola, you are against fasting, against being vegan. May I ask what it is that you agree with that we promote here? Ron Koenig
