Guest guest
Hi everyone, Recently on a discussion board, Fred Patenaude wrote the following remarks with regard to his now-infamous interview with Nazariah. The regrettable interview had the effect of planting doubts in many a transitioning raw fooder's mind, and spread like fire over the various raw food sites, unfortunately. That Fred now has regrets about it and has removed it from his website (and asks all others to do the same) has barely been mentioned. Like they say, lies can circumnavigate the globe while the truth is still putting its boots on (or something like that:)). I'm trying to rectify that, in any small way I can. Nora www.RawSchool.com " The interview with Nazariah contained a lot of inaccurate information, and for that reason I have removed it from my site. It was an interesting discussion though, and I shall go back on it to explain point by point the errors in Nazariah's argumentation and examples. For example, Nazariah cited one study that showed that vegans lived less long than meat eaters or vegetarians. I was really shocked by that statement. Well, I ordered that study, months after the interview was done. It stated that vegetarians didn't live any longer than meat eaters. It didn't say they lived less, and it didn't mention anything about vegans. But that interview remains my work and I'm sorry it scared some people away from the vegan diet. It had the benefit of generating a healthy discussion. There were a lot of things that Nazariah said that were really interesting and needed to be said. I would ask the person who posted the interview on his site to remove it, as it is inappropriate to take something from someone's website and publish it on yours.
