Below is an update on the upcoming Holiday Recovery

Retreat which is a week of essential deep internal

cleansing at the Annapurna Center for Self Healing in

Port Townsend, Jan. 8 - 14. (Those who cannot cpme for

the entire seven days are welcome to come for either

the first weekend or a shorter week, starting on

sunday. Please let me know your schedule and needs.)

The cost of the basic retreat is roughly $1000 for the

week, which includes food, lodging and most cleansing

supplies. Colonics, reflexology and massage are

additional and will also be available as part of

package. The cost of this retreat is considerably less
