Yoga for Kids w/ Laurie & Shakti

Shalom Friends,

A dear friend is visiting from Texas around Thanksgiving time. Her

name is Laurie. She and I hosted a yoga for kids circle at the

Portland raw festival. It was lots of fun and full of magic! We would

like to do it again. Co-teaching makes for much more interactive

class! We are thinking of doing a class together in the afternoon on

the 27th of January. Anyone with kids (toddlers-teens) and their

caregivers are encouraged. Older kids are encouraged too because they

gain a lot from helping the younger ones. We use games and props to

hold the interest of the really little ones. Email or call if you

would like to receive evites/efliers for this and fun events for kids.

I just wanted to add a simple note that the " Laurie " is Laurie

Sartwell, who many of you know from when she used to live here. :-)

am sure you all realize that I meant this Nov. Thanks! =)
