Sapote at Central Market

Well, I've just had my first Sapote, and they are delicious! Had my

first vistit to the new Central Market in Mill Creek, too. Like the

one in Seattle, it's the size of a small country with just about

everything you could ever ask for inside. Great produce department

with helpful, friendly staff.

 

The Sapote was pudding-like inside, and soooooooo yummy! $5.98 a

pound (I bought 4 of them, ripe and ready to eat).

 

Also bought Pinapple Guavas--very sweet (my husband said they taste

like Christmas candy!).
