Guest guest
> The only person who really cares about your health is YOU. There is some truth in that. I suspect (at least) some doctors actually care about people, but are not armed with the right methods of health optimization. There is very little taught about nutrition in typical medical schools. There is likely even less about vegetarian nutrition and pretty much a guarantee they learn nothing about raw foods. They are taught to " cure " by operations and toxic drugs, others by less toxic methods. The methods may still avoid a natural healing method, such as rest and fasting. > Doctors do not make money on healthy people, and therefore none of > them are interested in you to be healthy. If you want to be healthy > take responsibility in your own hands. Again, there may be some truth in this. As long as there is money in the equation, it is possible that some will be more influenced by the bottom line rather than optimal health. If we do want maximum health we can only count on ourselves and our own research. There is no magic pill (IMHO.) >Get Louise Hay books and > cassettes in public library. 'Tools for success' and 'You can do it' > are my favorites. I do use Louise Hay's book You Can Heal Your Life (is that the name?) as reference on occasion. It offers us insights as to what is going on in our lives based on injuries and illnesses. I believe there is a relationship between the spiritual and emotional aspects of people and their health. Looking into alternate meanings of dis-ease can help us in our growth. One aspect of this may be the use of affirmations once we determine a possible cause.
