Guest guest
Shakti, A good way for a bone to heal is to make sure you are getting extra calcium in your diet. The body will know where that calcium needs to go and will put it toward mending the broken bone. For dental, there's not much you can accomplish in one visit. Usually the first visit is to clean and take x-rays of the teeth and analyze the course of treatment needed. Just find a dentist who does not use mercury/amalgam fillings at all and you should be OK. My dentist did question my eating lots of raw fruit as the enamel on my teeth had worn down a lot. For eyes, the subject of diet and lifestyle never comes up, so any good eye doctor should do. For acupuncture, I see someone where I live here in Bellevue, and am not familiar with the Seattle area. The Natural Choice Directory of Puget Sound is a great resource to find practitioners in your area. Guest guest
Hello Shakti, The only person who really cares about your health is YOU. Doctors do not make money on healthy people, and therefore none of them are interested in you to be healthy. If you want to be healthy take responsibility in your own hands. Get Louise Hay books and cassettes in public library. 'Tools for success' and 'You can do it' are my favorites. I don't know how you injured your foot, it might be associated that you are in too much hurry and should slow down. Or if you experienced a lot of pain with that injury, then it could be too much anger and hate prior the injury. Forgive people you hate to heal your foot. Or if you have to spend some money now because of that injury, then it could be your worry about money, so stop worrying. Love and blessings, viola shaktishekinahparvati <shaktishekinahparvati wrote: Shalom friends, wondering if there are raw-friendly naturopaths, accupunturists, dentists out there that would be recommended.Having a recent injury, I am thinking about doing more preventive care. I recently fractured the metatarsal on my right foot and want to accelerate the healing process with adjunct therapies. With the advice of a dear friend, I have started doing apple cider vinegar soaks twice daily - very soothing. I purchased a temporary medical benefits pkg which allows a free dental and eye exam. I figured I'll make use of this and the discounts for naturopathic care and accupuncture too. Wanting to line up some good options. Anyone out there have suggestions on any of the aformentioned.
