Durian shells

Hi all -

I'm back on line again. I was able to read what everybody was saying, but

unable to post until a couple of weeks ago, when my brother-in-law had DSL

installed.

Our family (Steve and myself plus his brother and his wife) is involved in a

community project, and have need of dried durian shells. (We have some

time - the deadline for the whole project isn't until next June, but work

will begin on this after the first of the year. So, as you enjoy your

durians, please scrape the inside membrane from the shell, then dry the

shell, either in a dehydrator or in an oven at about 200 degrees. (Nobody

will be eating these, it's part of the decoration. Shhhh!)

When there are a bunch of them accumulated, maybe Steve and I can make a

trip up for a potluck and pick them up. Quantity? " All you can get " .

Maybe when the project is done, we can post a picture of the finished

product.

Thank you!

Sue
