Guest guest
Good morning, I've been buying Manna bread from Nature's Path at the local co-op, but I've been unable to find out if it's raw. According to the staff at the store it used to be called Essene bread. All it says on the wrapper is that it's sprouted, whole grain and entirely organic. It also has this quote from the Essene gospel... ....moisten your wheat, that the angel of water may enter it.. and the blessing... will soon mke the germ of life to sprout... then crush your grain and make thin wafers as did your forefathers... (From the Essene Gospel of Peace). Does anyone know if it is raw? Nickolas Hein Morgantown WV
Guest guest
I understand it is not technically raw, because of their baking temperatures, but have not confirmed it myself. Jeff
Guest guest
I've called Nature's Path. Sadly, their Manna bread is not raw. Jocelyn
