Raw Thanksgiving at Chaco Canyon!

Hello Friends,

 

We are proud to announce the one-year anniversary of our first Special Raw

Dinner here at Chaco Canyon! Many of you attended it last year --

Thanksgiving Dinner – and made it into a smashing success. Due to the

popularity of the event, we will be having it this year on consecutive

nights:

 

Thursday, November 25th and

Friday, November 26th

 

There will be three seatings for each night, at 2:30pm 5:00pm and 7:30pm.

The price for the dinner will be $25 per person.

 

Chef Lois Maykut is excited to be able to expand her creativity, and has

prepared a sumptuous menu that will delight a wide range of palates.

Instead of the usual pick-and-choose (which leads to much heartache and

consternation), we are treating you to a 7-course feast where you get

EVERYTHING on the menu.

 

*Creamy Cashew-Butternut Squash Soup

*Mixed Green Salad with Shoyu Pumpkin Seeds

*Pecan-Rosemary Slivers with Mushroom Gravy

*Garlic Mashed Celeriac

*Broccoli Morsels with Hazelnut Sauce

*Cranberry Chutney

*Pecan Pie AND Pumpkin Pie with Crème Fraiche
