Raw and Living Food for four consecutive years. Owner

of the Sun Kitchen and RawSource, he has trained

hundreds of people around the country and the head

chefs at many restaurants to lovingly prepare living

cuisine.

 

Live-Food Chefs Certification may require additional

classes, individual instruction, evaluation,

internship and acquisition of a food handler’s card.

Another Advanced Series will take place the evenings

of Dec. 5,12,19, 2004 if demand is sufficient.
