Maybe Ron can look up in the material safety data (or whatever it's

called) and see what it says. Some time ago, I was writing about my

reactions to chlorine and Ron shared some interesting information.

Thanks Sherre. The definition might be just the thing.

I have it up on my computer but am too busy to look into it right

now. It says sulphur dioxide is a poisionous gas and poses a risk to

the environment in acid rain. My body doesn't like sulphur dioxide.

In the past when I ate dried fruit with it, it acted as a purgative.

My body wanted it out, so it pushed it out with the food it was in.

They put it in dried fruit as a preservative.
