Guest guest Posted October 20, 2004 Report Share Posted October 20, 2004 Now that persimmons are getting ripe, I like to make this one: Blend ripe fresg persimmons with a little fresh squeezed orange juice, enough to blend into pudding consistency. Add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon to taste. Persimmons can also make a really good vice cream (thanks Jeff) with cashews & coconut water.
