Veg Dining is taking votes for favorite

restaurants. It's a great time to raise awareness

about raw food restaurants. Perhaps we can help

get Chris at Chaco Canyon onto the list!

Below are a few of my favorites for those cities

(I haven't actually been to Juliano's new

restaurant, but have had his food before.) We can

vote in all city categories.

Here's the link for the voting form:

After just returning from a trip to the San Francisco Bay area, I'd recommend

adding the following to the list:

Gratitude Cafe

2400 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA

(415) 824-4652

They have a rather large menu of mostly raw food (with exception of steamed

rice and quinoa available on a couple of dishes), along with a smoothies and

desserts. I sampled a cacao based smoothie, a guacamole taco, and their live

pizza, which were all quite good. A slice of the pecan pie for dessert was

wonderful.
