Shalom folks! For those who are interested in the candymaking class

on 10/24th, there will also be an optional yoga class for caregivers

and their children at noon; preceeding the candy class. For those

concerned, there will be low glycemic options on the menu. You don't

have to be a kid or have a kid to come. Register soon as space is

limited. Details are posted on the October events calendar for Raw

Seattle and in a few choice spots in the Seattle area. Check out the

details on the site and call/email soon to reserve your spot. This

course will be held in the resource center where I am opening my

practice, " Blue Lotus Healing Arts " I will let you know the exact

address at the time of registration. If you decide to register the

I will be there with my 10 year old son. He has yet to meet any other children

in the community, and I hope that perhaps this will be a chance for that!

 

Also, I am excited to hear that these treats will be low glycemic. I spoke with

Shakti, and she said she would be using Stevia as a sweetner for the most part.
