Guest guest
Just another reminder that there will be a class held on Saturday, October 16 in Bellevue/Redmond, from 5-7pm. Cost is $20. If you're interested in learning unequivocal truths about why we should eat raw foods, which foods are appropriate and how this can be determined, what the true causes of disease are, and whether 'nutrient deficiency' should be a real concern for raw fooders, in addition to effective strategies that can be used for transitioning and other valuable information (as time permits), this class is for you. There are many classes being offered that teach us how to prepare raw food, but there are precious few opportunities for us to learn the basic information that can make the difference between success and failure. Don't pass up this opportunity if you'd been wanting to increase your knowledge about health and raw food. Space is limited so don't procrastinate. To register, please email privately or call if you prefer. Thank you! Nora www.RawSchool.com 425.498.2445
