Guest guest
Good morning, I just happened to catch Jack LaLane being interviewed on Fox News' morning show. Out there in the Pacific Time Zone you may still be able to catch it. He was on to celebrate his 90th birthday. He's an outstanding person and extremely energizing to watch. To summarize his points.... Exercize is king, Diet is queen, If you have them both you build a kingdom Do it in a way that gives you joy now and for the longest possible future. He has a website with more on his philosophy www.jacklalane.com Nickolas Hein Morgantown WV PS. Totally off-topic but inspiring nonetheless. Spaceship One launches today for an attempt at the X-Prize, the first non-governmental spaceship to demonstrate the ability to carry 3 people into space safely, dependably and frequently. www.space.com has the best coverage of the event I've seen so far. Takeoff is in 45 minutes.
Guest guest
Quick addition, Jack Lalane was also interviewed on CNN and vigorously promoted raw foods. I only caught the tail end of it (looking for coverage of spaceship one). It appeared at 9:20 ET, may be rebroadcast at the same time Pacific Time.
