It is a thousand times better than it was in 2001 because of several things I have implemented in my health program. If you have one Autoimmune disease, you also have others that hang on that. Last summer I had a huge flare up of my Psoriasis which is not my main issue. I asked around, found some info from a very nice person online. First I ate raw for 10 then started juicing and doing the Jensen cleanse. that is when I started to get some relief plus a couple other things that I won't go into here.
