Guest guest
From www.thefruitarianlife.com: Fruitarianism. Welcome. Health benefits and lifestyle. WARNING: the Fruitarian diet is a LIFESTYLE you have to be dedicated to attaining and must be motivated by the health benefits! if you think you can do it because you've heard it's the latest trend and all the hollywood stars are doing it or that you can do it for a week and then your clean and good to go then your going to be in for a surprise! there's a lot more to this than meets the eye. The Fruitarian LIFESTYLE is one that avoids ALL cooked food due to it not being healthy and destructive to the environment. To eat cooked food is to create physical and mental addiction in the individual, it weakens the immune system thus making people look older as well as causing ill health. When you eat just fruit you are avoiding the perils and pitfalls of cooked food addiction and all that it has to offer, you also have the peace of mind knowing that nothing has been killed in order for you to eat. To be a Fruitarian is to have that knowing/instinctive feeling in you spirit/body that fruit is the material for higher levels of mental, physical and spiritual wellness. The health benefits of the Fruitarian lifestyle to look forward to are better: muscular coordination, capasity to work, mental power, hair growth, immune system, sexual reproduction, wieght loss and the list goes on and on and on. Enjoy it! Rich: I avoid all cooked food because it's destructive to my mentality. Cooked food is definitely physically and mentally addictive. I don't overeat raw food. I eat to maintain my health rather than emotional release. I'm told I look younger when I eat raw. I feel a vitality and lightness in my skin that I don't feel if I'm not raw. I couldn't kill an animal in order to eat, at least not as long as there is plant food available. I know that a raw diet " is the material for higher levels of mental, physical and spiritual wellness. " I probably eat mostly fruit if it's defined as plant food with seeds. But I eat vegetables that don't have any seen seeds too, and raw nuts. I hope to improve my capacity to work, in other words, to work again, for the first time in a long time. I am dropping my excess weight from my SAD eating. Isn't that a great quote above! Rich
