Guest guest
Avos, oh yumm! I totally agree. Now I'm wondering if THAT was the apple in the Garden of Eden, LOL! Here is a recipe that I made yesterday. It is a take off of one from Alissa Cohen's (Guacomole) that I added garlic and Spike to and I only used one avo and subsituted romano tomatoes so it's a bit different...adjust ingredients to your " whims " : 1 avo 1-2 romano tomatoes or equivalent 1/4 onion (I used purple) a few cilantro springs and I used the stems and all Spike bit of cayenne clove or two of garlic process in food processor...enjoy Diana of Dewberry Hill What would I do without the fatty, filling avocado? An absolute must in my diet, it's different from all the other fruits and vegetables, which sometimes taste like you're eating air or something.
