kefirs, yohurts and cheeeses, use:

 

acidophilus tabs or powders from the local

organic grocery or dietary supplements shop,

or **UNPASTEURIZED** yoghurt or kefir from a friend,

or get the kefir starter off the internet --

 

do a google keyword search -- probiotic kefir starter

 

[and remember to use PURE clean water, no

chlorine or chemicals. the chlorine's purpose is

to KILL the yeasts and bacteria from which kefir

and yoghurt is grown. purpose, to kill the culture!]
