You knew one of us was going to ask for the Recipe, now didn't you Diana? Raw

Joy with Almonds -- The ingredients for this recipe are:

.. . . . . . .

OK... I ground the cacao bean chips from Eat Raw in the blender (they are on

sale) and mixed in some Tropical Traditions coconut cream concentrate (they have

an on line store too and it's on sale)...add agave nectar! The cacao beans go a

long way this way. Today I used some kefired coconut milk instead of the coconut

cream and it was good too. or you can use virgin coconut oil instead and keep it

frozen. Experiment...

second recipe: Allisa Cohen's blueberry pie only with Pecans (her recipe calls

for almonds)

2 C pecans and 1/2 cup soaked dates in food processor.....smash with hands for

pie shell

5 c blueberris or 2 packs of frozen organic blueberries and 2 bananas and 2 TBS

agave nectar in food processor....that's the filling. Decorate with blue berries

and banana slices. Refrigerate until you can serve it with pie slicer.

Yummmmmmmmmmmm...Hey, I misplaced the recipe book so if it doesn't come out

with 1/2 c. of dates...add enough for 1 cup, but I think it's 1/2 cup.

BTW...everyone get her DVD and book, someone on list told me to get them as a

first buy on raw books...good idea!
