Valerie what is the difference between a rebounder and jumping rope

(also asked about step aerobics/stair master in previous post). Sorry

about the repeat. I've heard good things about rebounders, as

mentioned in my last message, the only reason I haven't purchased one

is because I worry about disturbing the neighbors beneath me. But

after looking at a picture of the rebounder today, I wonder if they

would ever hear it at all.

Big difference between jumping on a rebounder and jumping on a hard surface.

The latter is much harder on your joints.

Rebounding would be much easier on your joints; much lower impact when you touch

down, LOL! A woman in another group jumps rope on her rebounder. And I would

think the noise would be much less for the neighbors.

Peace,

Valerie
