Guest guest
Calee There is a journal site you could check out - www.fromsadtoraw - where folks post about their raw journey and list what they eat. in this forum, is amazing. The food intake is pretty varied, and you can read about the ups/downs/and progress of everyone. As for me, I've lost 30 pounds since August 1st. I am 100% raw, and a typical day for me is: morning vege drink (tomato/carrot/celery/redpepper/onion/beetroot cereal: diced apple/ raisins/ walnuts / grapes / banana A banana or apple sometime during the morning (or both) A vege/spinach salad for lunch - mushrooms/spinach/radish/pepper/whatever vege looks good that day. I add LOTS of sprouts to my salads. Some dried banana chips or onion petals in the afternoon Dinner: whatever is around - I tend to go in spurts. For the past couple of nights I've had pesto stuffed mushrooms, and romaine rollups (romaine leaf, pesto, salsa) rolled up and eat. I make fruit juice in the evenings -- and sometimes more vege juice. I munch on an apple or grapes. I also make a carob cookie that I eat way too many of. Good luck on your raw journey -- it is very fun experimenting with different foods. Enjoy!!! rawfood , lee * <calee411> wrote: > > Hi Valerie, > > Would you be willing to post a few days of typical eating for you please. I'm hoping it might help me see where I'm going wrong as I'm not losing weight. I'm eating about 75-80% raw for the past few months with no success in the weight loss dept. > > Thanks and happy holidays! > calee > > Valerie Mills Daly <valdaly> wrote: > Hi, Lane, > > If you go to the main rawfoods home page at : > > rawfood/ > > and click on Messages (on the left), you will find my story at message 12220, and Terry's comes soon after. Just skim through those messages and you'll get an idea of what we were sharing. > > Welcome! > > Valerie > > What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail? > > > > > All your favorites on one personal page – Try My > >
