Juliano's recipe for nut butter is 2 cups of nuts to 1/2 cup of juice

(apple, orange or coconut mik). You grind the nuts first in a food

processor and then add liquid as sparingly as possibe. It lasts for a

few days in the fridge.

Thanks for this recipe Alan. Are there other ways to ground the nuts

without using a food processor? If not, that's another piece of

equipment I'll need to invest in. :) rawfood ,
