Guest guest
Juliano's recipe for nut butter is 2 cups of nuts to 1/2 cup of juice (apple, orange or coconut mik). You grind the nuts first in a food processor and then add liquid as sparingly as possibe. It lasts for a few days in the fridge. Hope this helps Alan On Monday, December 20, 2004, at 08:01 PM, rawfood wrote: > Message: 6 > Mon, 20 Dec 2004 19:06:10 -0000 > sunflowersupreme > Raw almond butter & Smelly Sprouts > > > The last couple of months I've purchased raw almond butter at health > food stores or on the internet, but I can see this can get really > expensive. Guest guest
Thanks for this recipe Alan. Are there other ways to ground the nuts without using a food processor? If not, that's another piece of equipment I'll need to invest in. rawfood , Alan Schechner <alan@d...> wrote: > > Juliano's recipe for nut butter is 2 cups of nuts to 1/2 cup of juice > (apple, orange or coconut mik).
