Guest guest
I've been reading about the grinding to minimize heat methods some of you are using. I'm a newbie to raw and am trying to find the most economical and healthy way to grind. I have a blender and a Cuisinart food processor. Can I grind seeds and nuts in either of these without heating them to lose nutrition? For instance I wanted to buy some hempseed butter at the health food store yesterday but they wanted $20 for a 16 oz. jar. So I bought the seeds to grind my own for half the price. Is there a certain amount of time or fineness I should stick with or what do you think? Thanks, Diana of Dewberry Hill Mail - You care about security. So do we.
