Guest guest
Do you have a favorite juice combo? Have you ever made juice for non-raw friends who were blown away by the taste? What was it?
Guest guest
Wow, I never thought of grapefruit and pineapple! I can't wait to try it! In a message dated 12/16/2004 4:50:41 PM Eastern Standard Time, valdaly writes: I remember friends being amazed at plain carrot juice; they could not believe how sweet it was. Next favorite--watermelon juice. Then, fresh pineapple-grapefruit juice. Any of the fruit juices, really, are amazing; fresh citrus through the Champion is almost creamy, and so sweet. Hmmm....I may have to go make some now! With veggies, I really love my basic carrot/celery/beet/cucumber/apple combo. It's a regular! Guest guest
This one may sound a little much, but I love it and have it several times a week at least. Sasha's Complex Combo 1 mangoe 1 papaya 1 banana 1 dried date, pitted, soaked and chopped 2 dried apricots, soaked and chopped 1 tbsp. green powder 1 tbsp. lecithin 1 tbsp. ground flax seed, OR 1 tbsp. flax oil (alternate = hemp or fish) 1/3 cup flaked coconut 1/3 cup wheat germ 1/3 cup whey 1/3 cup cherry or pomegranate juice 1 tsp. pure vanilla 1/2 - 1 cup of the soak water from the date and apricots, Blend. Makes enough for 4 smoothies, or (2) smoothies each for two. ---- rawfood 12/16/04 16:50:30 rawfood Re: [Raw Food] favorite juice combo I remember friends being amazed at plain carrot juice; they could not believe how sweet it was.
