opinion on dehydrating

My opinion, and it's only my opinion, is that when my family started using

the dehydrator, our health suffered, along with the other bad habits we kept

(supplements, high-fat, dried fruit, etc.). When you take the water out of

the food, and eat it, I think it takes the water out of you. I also found

the dense, and in most cases high-fat, food a little addictive. I also

think if you're going to do fancy stuff, you don't need to dehydrate it, you

could make " soft food " like pates, and stuff.

Re: Raw Food Cure Acne Rosacea??

Hi,

From a Natural and Hygienic viewpoint there is no such thing as " cure "

in the way the term is commonly used today. There is only removal of

cause, which then permits the body to carry out its natural healing

process resulting in the subsequent disappearance of the effect,in this

instance rosacea. In other words, " raw food " does not cure anything, it

only assists in the healing process by providing the right milieu. And

it being only one of the many sources which cause our bodies to be in

a toxic state, then it is also necessary to address all the others too,

if we wish to truly experience the desired results and better

health. These include, not only those listed by another respondent, such

as personal care items, they also include, our state of mind, the water

we drink, sunlight, exercise, fresh air etc.

And yes, Raw food can be, and is, a major factor. It is still only a factor.
