Guest guest Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 Hi everyone, I was wondering today if it is possible to ferment sprouted brown rice, like you would perhaps, to make seed cheese. I'm not sure how it would turn out, if it would culture well or just turn bitter, has anyone tried this, or know anything of it?
