Mil-let-y's Breakfast Cereal

This is one of my favorite morning raw meals to start off the weekend. If I

really need some warming up, I will cook it instead.

 

 

Mil-let-y's Breakfast Cereal

 

1 cp Millet (soak overnight)

1/8 cp Sunflower Seeds (soak overnight)

1/4 cp Dried Black Cherries (soak 20 min.)

1/4 cp Boysenberries (soak 20 min)

1/4 cp Raisins (soak 20 min.)

1 tbsp Wheat Germ

1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed

Pinck Celtic Sea Salt

 

In the morning, chop the cherries, boysenberries and raisins.

Add to the soaked millet. Add the rest of the ingredients. If you prefer

other kinds of dried fruit or fresh fruit use it instead. This is a Mix-N

-Match

to your taste cereal.

 

 

Sesame' Seed Milk

 

1 cp sesame' seeds (ground)

3 cps purified water

3 pitted dates

1/4 cp coconut chopped or dried

1 tsp vanilla

 

Blend these ingredients in your blender. Pour over Mil-let-y's cereal.

Enjoy!!!
