Guest guest Posted December 10, 2004 Report Share Posted December 10, 2004 Savory Spinach Salad * 1/2 lb. Spinach (fresh savoy spinach leaves) * 1 1/2 ea. Avocado (sliced or cubed) * 1/2 ea. Onions (red, sliced thin) * 1/2 ea. Lemons (or juice of 1 grapefruit) * 1/4 tsp. Salt Instructions: Toss all ingredients together until the spinach leaves have some avocado stuck to them (like the spinach was buttered with avocado but the avocado cubes haven't been totally mashed). Enjoy! * * * Hi everybody; I'm new to this group and am in the beginning stages of going raw. Thought I'd share this recipe that I found.
