Guest guest Posted December 10, 2004 Report Share Posted December 10, 2004 I'm still fairly a newbie here...but as you can see I have lots to asks and lots to say about what I am thinking in response to others. I see that losing weight was mentioned. I'm sure this has been discussed before. As a matter of fact I began a thread a while back asking if one can get too skinny eating raw. I'm sure there are tons of testimonials. I know for me that the 15 pounds overweight just jumped off me while I was making the transition. I began by stopping meat and gluten grains and eating more raw and now I'm 99% raw and trying to figure out how not to lose too much weight. I'd like to see testimonials of some of you who lost lots of weight and also those who use certain practices from losing too much. Like extra oil and nuts and avos? I'm still needing ideas. Today I saw a pic of one company that is all raw and the people in general looked too thin to me. I feel like I am where I want to be now, but don't want to lose any more. Been a long time since I had the problem of trying to keep weight ON! But love how those jeans fit again! ;-) Experiences? Thoughts? Ideas?
