Guest guest
I've been reading about parasites and worms in people and the need for colon cleansing. Can only eating raw foods get rid of parasites or worms if someone has them?

Guest guest
No eating raw won't kill parasites, and you can sometimes pick up some microscopic critters even on fresh organic produce. I am soaking my veggies in vinegar/mineral salt or several drops of food grade H202 in water for 20 minutes. I do bowel cleanses several times a year and parasite cleanses with specific herbs twice a year...especially if you have close contact with animals. I actually contracted it from eating to many raw fruits and vegues rathere than the over cooked very well spiced foods!! Once they are in your system it is very important you get them out as soon as possible...they definately feed off sugars and unhealthy food but I find it really hard to believe that raw food will get rid of them . Raw food is an important preventative of disease and viruses attcking your body. You may come into contact but your system is so strong that it has more energy and nutrients to fight whatever comes in contact with your body. Once you have worms and parasites it is important to rid them of your body as quick as possible or they will eat away at it. (even if you are healthy) Colon cleansing is great for removing mucoid plaque from your colon which is a build up of waste that is toxic to your colon and other organs... If you have read a book by someone in the medical field(natural medicine that is; be accupuncture or nuturapath) that has specific cleanses for parasites/worms than I'd love to hear about it and by all means try it out. However you need to be careful when dealing with these issues. good luck!! mikaela
Guest guest
Some people say really hot chilli peppers can cause parasites to leave It just makes 'em do the cha cha cha, LOL! But add garlic and their little heads do swim. Seriously garlic is always a good weapon. I use Dr. Hulda Clarks herbal program her clove, wormwood, and black walnut.
