Guest guest
Sorry about reposting... I had the wrong subject on my previous post. Are there any people here who are primarily eat fruit and some nuts? I've read that people have lost their teeth doing this. Is this a myth? I naturally eat way more fruit than veg in my typical day. I do drink carrot/celery/kale/beet/apple juice every few days. I feel great and almost never get gas. I'm just curious why people say eating too much fruit damages your teeth. Is it due to nutritional deficiencies or too much sugar? -- John de la Garza Computer Support (714) 315-5499 http://jjdev.com/
