Guest guest
Yes it is ok to steam food. Just keep in mind that it is no longer raw. Raw food is food that is not steamed or cooked. The theory I live by is that if you have to steam or cook something to make it more edible or digestible then it doesn't belong in my staple diet. Guest guest
Does steaming cold vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes destroy their enzymes?
Guest guest
Even if the steaming doesn't heat the food above 118 degrees? Or is steaming automatically above 118 degrees? I never really thought about it.rawfood , John de la Garza <john@j...> wrote: > > Yes it is ok to steam food. Just keep in mind that it is no longer > raw.
