Steaming vegetables

Yes it is ok to steam food. Just keep in mind that it is no longer

raw. Raw food is food that is not steamed or cooked.

 

The theory I live by is that if you have to steam or cook something to

make it more edible or digestible then it doesn't belong in my staple

diet.

Even if the steaming doesn't heat the food above 118 degrees? Or is

steaming automatically above 118 degrees? I never really thought
