Guest guest
I'm still gathering info on books before I purchase. I want books with recipes but am also very concerned about food combining. What books with recipes also take into consideration good food combining " laws " ? For instance I don't use rasins, oranges, lemon juice with my veggies...or combine fruits and vegetables. If the recipe books you refer are full of raw recipe mixes like the above, then they would not be of value to me...but if there are a few like that, I could just overlook them.
