Guest guest
I know many people enjoy fermented foods and many raw fooders enjoy fermented foods and consider them raw. I have been told on several occasions that fermented foods are not raw. No matter if you are using grains, beans or whatever they have to be heat processed then the fermentation starts. Now the once raw food is no longer raw but becomes live. Any raw food that has been processed is no longer raw. This is no big deal if you are not trying to be 100% raw and I know many of us on this group are not 100% raw. We are still benefiting from a healthier diet than when we were 100% SAD.
