Guest guest
Here is an example of a simple recipe that is easy to prepare. I saw this on the board of another group I belong to. I plan to use these with a vegan pate. Place in a food processor: 4 bananas 2 cups soaked drained nuts 1/2 cup soaked flax seeds 2T sesame seeds (for a baby you can grind them in a coffee bean grinder) 8 to 10 dates 1 teasp. cinnamon 1/2 vanilla bean (optional) After mixing you place on teflex sheets in dehydrator. To make the crackers soft just take out earlier. Place in ziplock bags and you might want to put them in the fridge to help with storage. Guest guest
Thanks Christy, While I don't particularly care for flax seeds but at the same time understanding their overwhelmingly good benefits, I'll try this recipe and post how it turned out. Hope it's really good because it'll be another way of getting flax into my diet on a regular basis. So far I usually grind them into a powder and sprinkle over my salads. Good Health to You Elaine
