Guest guest Posted November 15, 2004 Report Share Posted November 15, 2004 Hi, My favorite breakfast, when I'm not just having fruit is to soak almonds, hazelnuts and possibly sunflower seeds overnight and then blend them in the cuisinart with seeded raisins and sometimes apples or ground up flax seeds to make a porridge in the morning..I eat this with macademia nut or almond milk. There is usually a lot left over, which I just mix with the almond or macademia pulp(left over from the milkmaking) and dehydrate to make a raw granola which my whole family finds delightful.
