Chest Pains

For me, a combination of diet and meditation helped a lot, because some of the

tension and aching was caused by stress, part by acid reflux. Juicing helped the

most, along with eating sweet fruits; I had to keep onions, garlic, etc., out of

the picture because they seemed to cause discomfort for a while. But now I am

adding them in to my salads in small amounts again, without too much difficulty.

Are they asmatic chest apins or some other from. i have some ideas

if you could elaborate.
