Well, I'm free of cancer as far as I know but could stand > to lose a few pounds... so we are both going to a raw food diet. Six months before that my mom acquired cancer and died. My life changed 180 degrees. I went from a hot cinnamon role /rib eye steak junkie to, well a very different person. I'm heading off to work now but I had to redo my whole website for I was getting soooooo many questions from people who had known me my whole life and hadn't seen me for a few years and were SHOCKED at the transformation. I personally did not think I had changed that much but as the saying goes, " It's hard to look at the picture when your in the frame... " I can only speak for myself and what worked fo me but I have alot of information about my personal food/health journey here at: http://billschoolcraft.com Before you begin your journey, remember... you will hear alot of suggestions on food, do alot of research and make decisions based on ALL your data, not just one source. -- Bill Schoolcraft | Life's journey is not to arrive at the PO Box 210076 | grave safely in a well preserved body, San Francisco,CA 94121 | but rather to skid in sideways, totally http://billschoolcraft.com | spent, yelling " holy shit, what a ride!
