Guest guest
Thank you everyone for responses. I especially appreciate article on jinjee. I respect them. They are only group I know of who have done raw along time and look healthy.I also like that they don't use dehydrator . I am against using a dehydrator. I still have concerns about B12 but many have been anwered. thanks
Guest guest
What are your issues with dehydrated foods? Is it certain kinds of things; like fruits and vegetables- or grains and nuts? I myself eat about 80% Raw fruits and veggies and 20% dehydrated (raw) " cookies " , " cakes " , " breads " ..etc...I feel great, and I have found balance with the dehydrated since too much can be exhausting to the system. I'm curious about your thoughts. Please feel free. I by no means- feel I could ever know enough about health and especially raw food. Looking forward to your response. creativebro <no_reply > wrote: Thank you everyone for responses. I especially appreciate article on jinjee. I respect them.
