Guest guest
Hi Sreekumar, I have never had any crisis of detoxification because I did it always gradually according to the needs of my body and I quit just that what I didn' t need to eat anymore. I am 28 years old. I used to eat everything and I was especially addicted to chocolates. In my 20 I began gradually to eat more integral flour instead of the white one, more honey or brown sugar instead the white sugar, more poultry and fish instead beef and pork and to eat more yogurts with bacteria and products of soya. When I was 25 my body asked me to quit the meat. After some 14 months (26 years) I felt for eating raw food based on cereals. I usually did it for 100% just occasionally (once in some weeks) I did some exception within the frontiers of vegetarianism (e.g.: Christmas, birthday, etc.) After some 7 months (before my 27, some year and half ago) I felt for quitting the cereals. As a consequence, many sorts of veggies began to be very picant for me so I quit them, too. I usually did it for 100% just occasionally I did some exceptions within the frontiers of vegetarianism. Without alcohol. I didn' t drink coffee for about a year but later I took it occasionally mixed with a milk because without it it would be very strong for me. In the last months I used to eat sometimes (not just occasionaly) some % of vegetarian food that wasn' t too artificial or dry for me. First I said goodbye in this way to friends of mine in my country (Slovakia). Second I wanted to taste some vegetarian plates here in Argentina. I enjoyed it as a new experience but then my body felt necessity to quit even that low % of a cooked food. I eat again 100% since the last monday (13 days). I eat mainly fruits + some veggies that are not picant (tomatoes, etc.) + nuts. I also use to fast (without any liquids). Just short fasts for some 30 hours. It depends, I always begin to drink and eat when I begin to feel hungry. I am not fanatic about the food, I don´t plan anything and I don't judge any type of alimentation of others. Each of us is different and has different necessities in differents periods of his or her life. I always just listen to my body and I feel where are its frontiers at the moment. If you patiently go through these healing crises without medicines you would be permanently out of the disease. > Have you tried that much? > Regards and wish you get an internet money-making opportunity soon > Sreekumar
