Guest guest
I got my first order from rawfood.com today, some Goddess chocolate and some crackers... The food was great. The packaging however, was the most wasteful job I have ever seen. The box was way to big for the product, so it was stuffed with packing peanuts. Each food item was then wrapped in bubble wrap. I had to cut thru about 4 layers of plastic to open the box of chocolates - both inside and outside the box. (and chocoholics - you know who you are - LOL - cannot take that long to open a box of goodies!!) But worst of all was a package of 13 flyers for food items and retreats. I had read all the ads online already. What a horrible waste. I would expect more from a business which promotes optimal health and planetary wellness. I urge anyone who orders from rawfood.com to add a note to your order asking them to minimize the packaging and flyers, save themselves some money, and pass the savings along to their customers - because it's really the purchasers who are paying for all this waste. Thanks for letting me vent. Annette
