I'll be in North Carolina over the next few days through Nov. 3, and

want to find raw restaurants and organic produce markets. If you

know of anything, I'd appreciate hearing about them.

Thanks!

Hi Steve,

Wow! What a coincidence? You're going to be visiting my home town.

I was there in late August and was very excited to see how much vege

and raw was going on. Believe me, Asheville has come a long way. I

only had the weekend there but was able to discover at least two more

health food grocery stores for a total of four now. Sad but true,

two of them leaves something to be desired in whole foods here.

There are a number of things there to explore from B & B's to Vege/Raw

Resturants, Shopping and Living. Something else I learned is that

Asheville is the birth place of Raw Foodist Annette Larkins

http://www.annette.larkins.com , sea vegies that we purchase here are

distributed from Asheville and The Grain & Salt Society is right

outside of Asheville in Arden, NC

If you go to http://www.vegetarianusa.com/city/NorthCarolina.html

you'll find quite a lot to keep you busy in Asheville. I also have

relatives there who may be able to help direct you around. If you

email me direct I can provide you with more info.

Good Health to You

Elaine -
