Guest guest
Yesterday, I had an Upper GI. I drank the bariem and they x-rayed it as it was going into my small bowel. I drank tons of water and I think I got it all washed out BUT now my digestive track is raw and achey. What soothing foods, raw or cooked, can I eat to make it feel better? Yesterday after I came home, I made the mistake of eating grapes. OUCH! On Friday, I'm having a Lower GI and I want to be prepared (with the right foods for when I get home) when that track feels raw. Any suggestions?
