Guest guest
I saw Vegan " honey " in a Super Target the other night but didn't bother picking any up. It was sugar free, too, I believe. Guest guest
Hi Kristen, Thank you for sharing you dressing recipe. I went to a vegetarian restaurant this weekend that had two raw entrées, the one I had was called Cashew Pad Thai. It was basically a extra large salad of mixed greens, but is was really, really good. I was looking for a good ginger dressing, to make my own at home. By the way, Pad Thai means Thai stir-fry; Thai means 'free' in Thai and 'free' is 'frei' in German; hence, stir-frei (be free!) Pad Thai. What I love (and it took me a long time to find one)! 1 1/2 cups nama shoyu 1/2 to 1 cup olive oil 4 tbsp honey 3-4 inch long piece of ginger, peel and thickly slice 3-4 colves of ginger Throw it all in the blender! I use this much up in about a week to ten days, plus I use it for marinades, too.
