Hi Leoni,

not sure how long it is till you leave

but maybe.. you should try to get your diet up to about 20-30% cooked before

you go

so if you have reactions it will happen at home.

once there buy bottled water to rinse veggies eat veggies that you have

to peal.

I went through this a little when I went to Vanuatu about 8 years ago

loved my salads just rinsed the veggies in the ocean water then rinsed again

with bottled

India the oceans might not be to close,

you may also find that many areas have improved allot in the last 10

years

anyway hopes this helps

Raw food in India

Hi Guys, I have been raw for 5 months now and am not looking forward

to going cooked for while... but since I will be traveling to India

within 10 weeks (for 4 weeks) I just might. The first tip I got to

survive India's hygene is: 'avoid raw food!' :-(

I have been thinking to make sure to take enzyme suplements and

maybe grow some sprouts while traveling. For the rest just eat some

cooked food (and enjoy the curries). Do you guys have tips?

thanks, Leoni
